The Profile: eLastech Private Limited


Indian Web Development and SEO & Marketing firm eLastech Private Limited.
Founded in 1994, eLastech has an office in Delhi and an office in the UK. They also have partnerships with several US companies who outsource with them. Headquartered in Delhi IN, eLastech has a portfolio of services including SEO and Marketing, web design and development, e-commerce and shopping cart proprietary software and multimedia design.

The Situation:

eLastechs working operations were split between 2 areas in Delhi IN and UK and conducted a lot of business with clients in the United States. Rather than travel to the US and set up shop. they found an American Project Manager from YourAmericanTeam.com (Eric) to handle emails, phone calls and direct customer inquiries (US time zone) as well as many other tasks.

The Solution:

Pakistani Data Research, conversion and data entry firm. Founded in 1999 they are providers of custom data management solutions for US clients.

The Situation:

Inet Landrush has a three-person sales team and a data mining team of fifteen. The sales team's responsibility is to manage and solicit work from Elance and Guru.com. Their daily tasks involved sending proposals and communicating with US clients seeking  manipulation services. Inet Landrush CEO and president contacted YourAmericanTeam to find a way for them to better communicate and connect with US customers on a daily basis. They noticed they were losing jobs to other teams that had less experience and they needed a way to better compete in their field.

The Solution:

Romania Media development firm was founded in 2006 and specializes in Flash, action script, animations, movies, cartoons, voice-over work and viral marketing solutions.
I-motions main source of client interaction is on Elance and Rentacoder where they get 80% of their US clients (their website accounts for 20% of business leads).

The Situation:

I-Motion studios came to us with a tough problem. Even though they had plenty of clients and lots of work and their revenue was increasing every month, many of their $1500 - $3000 USD average cost jobs were not being paid in full and clients were abandoning projects and demanding more work than originally specified in the original scope of work. This left IMS overworked and underpaid.

The Solution:

I-Motion studios quickly signed up for our One on One training course 'Successfully getting clients to pay on time' where we teach offshore firms exactly how to stay in scope, prevent out of scope troubles from happening and getting clients jobs completed and paid in full. Direct 2 India coding specialist are a newly formed web development company based out of New Delhi, India.


The Situation:
